The second printing was released in July and should be widely available in the US, with stock reaching Europe soon. Many corrections were fixed in the second printing. Those that were submitted after the second printing went to press will have to wait until the 3rd printing, which should be sometime in 2015.
The correction page on this site has been updated to separate the corrections to the first and second printings.
