 The third printing was released in mid January, 2015. It should be widely available in the US with stock reaching Europe soon. [Second printing](http://schwartzqft.com/blog/second-printing) The second printing was released in July 2014 and should be widely available in the US, with stock reaching Europe soon. Many corrections were fixed in the second printing. Those that were submitted after the second printing went to press will have to wait until the 3rd printing, which should be sometime in 2015.  
  
The correction pages of this has been updated to separate the corrections to the first and second printings. [Publication in Europe](http://schwartzqft.com/blog/publication-in-europe) 3/13/2014
